you set up when you created your account, we will send you an email that will allow you to reset your password.
Note: This page is for creating a new password when you have forgotten your current one.
If you do know your current password, and you wish to change it, you should use the
Change My Password option instead in Account Settings
(i.e. once you have logged on to the Mater Patient Portal).
